Follow simple Measures to avoid Flu
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water
Cover your mouth & nose when you cough or sneeze
Avoid crowded place
Get adequate rest & sleep
Stay moe than two arm's length(1 meter) distance from persons sick with flu like symptoms
Drink plenty of watar and eat nutritious food i.e. fresh fruits & vegetables
Keep sick child at home i.e. suffering from flu/flu like symptoms
If you are Sick, Please
Don't Spit in Public
Stay home and limit contact with others as much as possible
Don't Shake hands or hug in greeting (Practice Namaskar)
Rest & take plenty of liquids
Don't take medicinces without consulting a physician
Seek medical advice (if needed) from a trained personnel/health facility
