Follow simple Measures to avoid Flu

   
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water

  • Cover your mouth & nose when you cough or sneeze
  • Avoid crowded place
  • Get adequate rest & sleep
  • Stay moe than two arm's length(1 meter) distance from persons sick with flu like symptoms
  • Drink plenty of watar and eat nutritious food i.e. fresh fruits & vegetables

  • Keep sick child at home i.e. suffering from flu/flu like symptoms

  • Don't Spit in Public

  • Don't Shake hands or hug in greeting (Practice Namaskar)
