REQUEST WHERE CAN NOT BE MADE IN WRITING (being illiterate or otherwise)

 In cases where information cannot be made in writing or Otherwise then, in the RTI Cell, Level-II, Room No.223, GMCH-32 may be contacted and all reasonable assistance will be provided to the person making the such request orally or otherwise to reduce the same in writing.
