Fee Structure:-

NOTE:-

Every  Application must be accompanied with prescribed fees (Persons
         below poverty line are exempted from depositing such fee )

 Fee Structure is as follows

 ·         Application Fees - Rs. 10/-, which may be deposited by way of Cash
       against proper receipt or by Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque or
       Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of  Director Principal, Govt. Medical
       College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh.

• Fee chargeable  

• Page created or Photo copy at rate of Rs. 2/- per page.

• Inspection of record, no fee for the first hour; and a fee of rupee five
  for each fifteen minutes (or fraction thereof) thereafter.

• Actual cost/price for Sample or  models

• Information provided in Diskette or Floppy at the rate of Rs.50/- each

•  Photocopy of Extracts from any publication at       Rs. 2/- per page

• Information in printed form  at price fixed for its publication
